Health Service Executive Finglas HQ

The HSE Building is a high profile building, that can be easily seen as you pass Finglas on the M50. The famous “Joe Duffy” BMW showrooms are located on the ground floor. The HSE were suffering from massive heat gain on all sides, especially the South Facing Elevation. As you will see, the interesting building shape also led us to an interesting Installation, in that because of the glass make up, we had to install two elevations on the external face, which required special hoists to be lowered from the roof top. Our Insurance company inspected the site before application, and put in place a special insurance for the duration of the contract. Once finishing, we were told that the staff noticed the difference immedietly, and that it was money well spent. Also installed to this building was a sandblast effect privacy film for the staff in the public areas.
