Westin Hotel Skylight

The Westin Hotel, Dublin. At the centre of the hotel, there is a luxurious lounge with a massive glass roof area, of which suffered greatly from too much heat gain and glare during summer and winter. We applied a reflective coating externally to all the glass. The staff and customers noticed that within 2 days the temperature had dropped considerably, and that the glare had eased so much, that the area below could be used in comfort, where before people had been used to avoiding the area. This was installed without causing any down time for the hotel, as it was completed all externally.
